VANAD 2000 a.s. supplies complete optimally-configured cutting workplaces The Vanad Company produces high-performance, CNC-controlled portal-frame modern machines for oxygen shape-cutting of sheet metal and for cutting with the aid of the most accurate and demanding plasma technologies currently available, including HyDefinition plasma. The company provides and delivers a complete cutting workplace with an optimum configuration that will meet the customer's specific needs and requirements. The sizes of Vanad machines correspond to common sizes of semi-finished products. The operation of VANAD machines is incredibly simple. Necessary data are prepared easily and fast on PC or directly on the machine's CNC control system with its own program. The program contains an efficient module for the automatic placing of components on the surface of a cut semi-finished product and for the possible reading of data from AutoCAD. Data transfers from PC are accomplished by means of a diskette or a high-speed DNC network. The dust and impurity resistant CNC control system provides high operating comfort. Great rigidity, good dynamics, maximum accuracy of the guidance of the portals and the rests, and the thorough wiping of the guiding surfaces are properties that make the Vanad machines ideally suited for the most demanding applications with maximum requirements for cutting productivity and hole quality. Burnt-out holes - The basic requirements for producing absolutely accurate measurements, perpendicular edges and the clean cutting of burnouts are sufficiently fine movement, constant speed, high acceleration and resistance against burner vibrations, high accuracy and repetition. The fulfilment of these requirements is the main objective in the designing and construction of VANAD equipment. The result is an extraordinarily rigid frame, precise hardened and ground linear guidance, efficient direct-current servo drives, play-free gears and a modern control system. Only this way can we produce burnt-out holes of the highest possible quality.
